I like the 'fight fire with fire' approach. I'm in IT, I first found the twss joke distasteful but I've used it myself just like you. I'm starting to wonder if I can work 'that's what he said' used in a similar vein into my repertoire as well, but since I work with all guys, it's unlikely to take off. Still, great job both with creating this and writing up the process! Oh, and social change too, of course. :)
