i love this. i did something similar by having my work irc bot respond to all "twss" with 'HR!' which started annoying people really fast. this is far more constructive! if twss hadn't died out (thank goodness) at my workplace i'd definitely be forking and running my own talkbackbot.
i'm also a fan of the well-applied "that's what he said;" it turn the discomfort around for many (male) geeks.
